Reporting to the VP of Aftermarket Region
What you can look forward to as Head of Remanufacturing Strategy & Development:
Develop, align, and drive implementation of remanufacturing product portfolio strategies across Business Lines/categories
Identify non-ZF reman products merchandising suppliers and drive to introduce to the market with purchasing team
Support and drive long term visions of remanufacturing
Manage strategy and development of core return within the region
Your profile as Head of Remanufacturing Strategy & Development:
8+ years' experience of complex, multi divisional/global, program or project management
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Collaborative and decision-orientated
In depth competence in:
Product strategy management
Remanufacturing processes including core management
Project Management
Financial system knowledge for surcharge management
REMAN industry, market trends and benchmark knowledge
Product portfolio knowledge of remanufacturing
Ability and willingness to travel 20-30% regionally
