Head Of PR & Communications (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

Invitro Capital is seeking a talented and experienced Head of PR & Communications to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies and managing all aspects of communication for Invitro Capital. Your primary focus will be on enhancing Invitro's brand reputation, raising awareness, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Head of PR & Communications, Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote Invitro Capital's brand and portfolio companies.
• Create and manage PR campaigns, including press releases, articles, media briefings, and interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media outlets.
• Coordinate and manage media events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Create and manage content for press releases, blogs, social media, and website copy.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities and metrics.
• Manage crisis communication and act as a spokesperson for the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably within the tech or startup industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing PR strategies.
• Strong media relations and network with journalists and influencers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing media events and speaking engagements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with crisis communication.
