About the RoleYou will work closely with the founders to help us scale our culture as we enter a period of high growth. We've grown to over 50 people and plan to double over the next year. We're really happy with the culture we've built so far and it's crucial we maintain that over time. You'll be responsible for implementing both formal and necessary HR processes, while also thinking about the more intangible aspects of culture. We're looking for someone that cares deeply about people and creating environments for everyone to do their best work. Ideally you'll have experience working in a similar role at an organization of at least 100 people so you can proactively identify the challenges that lie ahead as we scale our organization.Responsibilites

    • Creating a great employee experience from the moment they join through to their last day
    • Thinking deeply about how we can maintain a diverse and inclusive culture as a core part of our company.
    • Working with managers to implement HR processes e.g. compensation levels and performance reviews
    • Handling and resolving workplace and personnel issues as they arise
    • Engage with team, individually and via surveys, to understand how best to nurture and develop our company culture

    • Experience working in a HR/People role where you developed and scaled HR processes.
    • You understand employment law and are comfortable handling workplace and personnel issues.
    • You have fantastic communication skills and empathy. You're the kind of personality people naturally trust and feel comfortable talking and building a relationship with.
