Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations systems is required. Experience in IT and pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred. Master's Degree is preferred. Experience with engineering/equipment implementation is desired. Related experience and/or education may be considered.
Thorough understanding of Global GMP requirements as well as pharma operations experience is required.
Ability to operate effectively in a global multi-cultural environment and drive harmonization and standardization.
Must be capable of delivering both as an individual contributor and leading a cross-functional team.
Must possess strong communication skills and ability to influence in a large matrixed environment.
Periodic travel is required.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
