We're looking for an experienced head of new business to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing a sales and business development strategy aligned with our strategic priorities. You'll be in charge of developing a pipeline for organic lead generation and developing partnership opportunities. Working with our team, you'll create proposals, pitch, and close new business.

We utilize design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver better products faster. Through our human-centered approach, we help companies listen to their users and build long-lasting innovative solutions.
We're looking for somebody with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within an agency setting. Ideal candidates will have experience selling design and custom software projects. You should have the ability to target clients and segments and then craft and curate relevant content. You should have experience building multi-channel sales funnels using all sorts of media.
All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification upon hire.
