Job Overview:

Invitro Capital is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing & Communications to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to elevate the brand and drive growth for Invitro Capital and its portfolio companies. You will oversee all marketing and communication initiatives, including branding, digital marketing, PR, content marketing, and events. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing venture capital firm.

Head of Marketing & Communications, Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to enhance Invitro Capital's brand and drive growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Develop and execute PR campaigns, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
• Create and manage engaging content for blogs, social media, website, and marketing collateral.
• Plan and coordinate events and industry conferences to drive brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and communication performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the venture capital or financial industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies.
• Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams.
• Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, PR, and content marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the venture capital or investment industry.
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem.
• Advanced degree in marketing or business administration.
