Position: Head of Live Smart Operations

Job Location: 1425 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30318

Duties: Lead a team that delivers faultless services to our customers; identifying areas to improve day to day operations and efficiencies.

Provide leadership and development to the team of Managers, Leads and Coordinators on the ground, ensuring training is effective, and their needs are met. Manage multiple operational teams to ensure standards are consistently met in all projects - across Major League Soccer, National Football League, Nationals Women's Soccer League, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, United States Football League, Broadcast Replay . Understanding, involvement and contribution towards budgeting and reviewing fiscal year finance sheets; Identify opportunities to deliver efficiencies and improvements in day-to-day operations, staffing and kit resourcing; With the Live SMART Team, lead on planning and delivering operational recruitment drives to adapt to department growth, and ensure a healthy operational team is maintained; Ensure clear communication lines across the Live SMART team, including the leading and Project Planning alongside Project Managers and the wider team. Support Commercial staff in identifying new opportunities with existing or new clients for expansion, improvement, or service efficiency; Keeping the long term vision in mind when iteratively updating/refreshing and building out processes that pinpoint and improve department procedures.

E.g. Black Box Reviews. Leading the weekly Ops stand Up with input from Operations Director.

Leading by example embodying the Hawk-Eye values and ensuring they remain central to decision making. Assist with troubleshooting and optimization of the software through Testing, development and feedback of software.

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Sport Technology or a related field. Employer will accept 2 years of experience in Sports Technology or related experience as meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement.

Minimum experience required: 4 years of experience in project / operational management, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience with:

SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) procurement software; Video Replay specific implementation and processes within American Football; Video Replay specific implementation and processes within Soccer; Windows server hardware, build and troubleshooting; Project budgeting and profit and loss; Resource management, including employee performance goal setting and career planning; End to end customer experience integration and dependencies; Broadcast technology and understanding of signal flow; Learning and understanding software in relation to audio communications; Providing technical remote support to clients on proprietary software; Installation and operation of technical services at live events; talent acquisition and serving as a hiring manager; and client management including contractual discussions and invoicing of costs. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $110,000.00 to $134,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
