Procopio is seeking a visionary to lead our Human Resources and Talent Management functions. Join a premier AmLaw200 firm and serve as a strategic business partner in the development, implementation, and communication of talent plans that resonate with our firm's ethos. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, emphasizing talent management, performance management, and practice management.

Role's key initiatives:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive management team, driving best-in-class human resources programs.

• Lead HR administration and compliance, ensuring seamless HR transactions, employee data management, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.

• Direct the recruitment process to ensure we secure highly qualified candidates who complement our firm's culture and values.

• Manage attorney professional development programs, fostering mentoring, training, and career advancement.

• Champion a positive work environment, effectively addressing employee concerns and promoting robust employee relations.

• Work alongside our DEI committee to develop and implement best practices and initiatives that foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Develop and execute a total rewards strategy, aligning with the firm's business strategy and culture.

• Manage departmental budget and oversee the HR team, fostering innovation and leveraging technology.

The head of HR & Talent Management can be brought in at either Director or Chief level, dependent on experience. Our best candidates for Director level will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 10+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a legal or professional service setting Candidates for a Chief HR Officer will preferably have a Juris Doctorate and 15+ years of broad-based HR and Administrative leadership experience in a dynamic, multi-office law firm. Chief-level candidates should also have experience in practice group management. Regardless of the role, you should bring your exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Typical salary range is from $200,000 to $300,000 base depending on experience plus significant bonus opportunities.
