We are seeking an Head of Growth to join our growing company. As the Head of Growth you will be responsible for planning and executing the strategic expansion of the company by increasing revenue, customer base, and market share through innovative tactics and data-driven decision-making.

This position is required to be located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Driving revenue growth.

• Implement and define growth processes and strategies using automation tools.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.

• Utilize analytics to refine growth tactics and increase conversion rates.

• Identify, monitor, and report user behavior and market trends.

• Develop and manage user acquisition and retention strategies.

• Manage budget and forecast growth projections to align with company objectives.

• Formulate partnerships and collaborations that enhance growth prospects.

• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, product development, and data science teams.

• Represent the company at industry events and in the press.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

• Proven experience in a growth-focused role, ideally within a B2C startup or fast-growing digital product.

• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Strong crisis management abilities.

• Skilled in business development, partnership building, and financial forecasting.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing.

• Proficiency with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user engagement strategies.

• Proficient in identifying new market opportunities, and spearheading growth at a high level.

• Ability to influence company strategy and communicate effectively with C-suite executives.

• Proven experience in a growth-focused role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling a product from zero to product-market fit to scale.

• Demonstrated success in driving growth through innovative and creative strategies.

• Understanding the psychological factors that drive consumer behavior.

• Skilled in growth hacking techniques and agile methodologies.

The starting salary range for this position is depending on experience with a 15% annual incentive bonus based on achieving objectives and includes an excellent benefits package featuring an 85% to 95% premium paid healthcare plan, 401K plan, 14 paid holidays, three weeks of paid time off, employee stock options, and more!
