Head Of Growth

Create Wellness is hiring a Head of Growth to buildout and accelerate our growth marketing function. The role will be the first external hire to join the team and report directly to the founder and CEO. The Head of Growth will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders, growing contribution margin, and building profitable awareness across DTC, Amazon, and retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Function Management: Lead the Growth function at Create, managing both external partners and future employees. Set high standards and model for what success at Create looks like.
• P&L Management: In partnership with finance, build P&L forecasts, budgets, and targets.
• Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies across multiple channels to acquire new customers.
• Retention: Build a best-in-class function for retaining, monetizing, and communicating with our current customer base.
• Digital: Design and maintain performant and user-friendly storefronts across the multiple platforms on which the company sells products.
• Creative: Build and manage a creative production pipeline that ensures the company is reliably able to produce tremendous amounts of content.
• Analytics & Insights: Build out the reporting cadences and systems the team needs to make data driven decision.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success leading a growth marketing team at a high-growth or enduring brand.
