Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
12 years of experience in channel sales
4 years of people management experience
Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) markets
Preferred qualifications:
MBA
10 years of experience in a high-performance Partner Sales Manager position
Channel Sales Management or Direct Sales Management experience with experience in enterprise and partner sales
Industry knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs); knowledge of, and experience with the cloud ecosystem
Technical understanding of foundational cloud technologies
Excellent management, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills

As the leader for Global Partner Sales for Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for building and performance managing a team of Sales Specialists and Partner Sales Managers (PSMs). PSMs support a group of sales teams in driving opportunities through the use of Google partners. With sales field/alliances experience and expertise, you will use your influencing, consulting, sales management and sales execution skills to bring a high degree of internal aptitude and discipline to your team, including the execution of jointly accountable business plans with our global Partners. You will manage channel and direct agreement forecast accountability for all customer-facing BI opportunities in our International markets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Create and execute a global channel business strategy in partnership with global and regional stakeholders from Partner and Product organizations.
Recruit, retain, and manage a team of high-performing Sales Specialists and PSM's, coaching them through identifying the right Google partner for each opportunity from the portfolio of partners managed by Google.
Drive the weekly forecast rhythm for the Global BI business, and driving demand generation activities with partners through events and campaigns through an industry focused plan in coordination with partner marketing.
Manage relationships with sales managers across the globe, forging connectivity between the Partner Sales Team and the Direct Sales Teams and participating in leadership conversations directly and through mandatory reporting requirements.
Manage the team-level commitments to driving forecast accuracy, and attach in Salesforce and attribution for consumption.
