Facebook's Art Department includes the Artist in Residence program (FB AIR), Analog Research Lab (ARL), and Creative Engagement programs, which have a collective mission to encourage creativity, innovation, openness, and connectivity through art and design. FB AIR invites artists to create site-specific art installations around the world at Facebook offices, and our Analog Labs as on-site print studios that fill our walls with value-based print work and host immersive learning experiences through the Creative Engagement programming.
The Head of these programs will be responsible for company-wide efforts to steward the company's art, communication design, and creative education programs. They will be responsible for bringing authentic, creative narratives to life in our global spaces through partnerships with our Communications, Real Estate, Facilities, Policy, and Legal partners.
