As a member of the Global Sales Leadership Team, you will ensure Facebook's AR/VR products are powerfully placed in the market to connect with customers and drive sales.
This role is responsible for all offline direct-to-consumer sales strategy and execution which may include, brand owned physical retail stores, mall kiosks, event/seasonal pop-up, store-in-store, and other offline direct-to-consumer sales tactics.
Determine where, when, and how Facebook will interact with consumers outside of traditional online and offline retail
Work with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Channel Sales Teams to create a seamless customer experience for the Facebook family of AR/VR products
Partner with Brand Marketing to bring the core brand vision and architecture to life in all direct-to-consumer activations
Ensure strategic and executional alignment with online direct to consumer team to deliver single view of the customer
Create the brand profile of the associate that will set the standard for face-to-face AR/VR customer experiences in the industry
Work with sales operations to establish process and build tools to deliver product through the various offline direct to consumer outlets (Inventory Management, POS, Scheduling, etc.)
Partner with Sales Enablement to build knowledge transfer and training programs that increase productivity of our associates and enhances our customer experience
Experience identifying, negotiating, and acquiring retail real-estate partnerships
Experience with a global brand executing a direct-to-consumer physical retail strategy
