Head Of Cybersecurity (Salt Lake City Based)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cybersecurity based in Sal Lake City to join our team. As the Head of Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the protection of information assets and systems from potential threats and breaches.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify and assess potential cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents and lead incident response activities.
• Monitor and analyze cybersecurity threats and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity measures across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity role, preferably as a Head of Cybersecurity or similar leadership position.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Ability to assess and manage risks and incidents effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve cybersecurity objectives.
