The Head of Corporate Information Technology will be responsible for leading a small team who will manage and maintain all of the IT systems, equipment, and services utilized internally by hims/hers employees. This will include direct employee support (desktop) in addition to managing corporate services such as Slack, G Suite, and others. We will be moving out of our co-location space in the next few months, so this person will have a huge impact in helping build out the new location and make strategic decisions on how we ensure the team has a great experience with Corporate Infrastructure. This role reports directly to the CTO of Hims/Hers and will own the Corporate IT function in its entirety.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and device management of all network, systems, and employee equipment.

  • Building a world-class corporate infrastructure coupled with great user-experience. Employees should be wowed by how awesome everything is when they join, and lament the absence of it when moving on.

  • All Helpdesk functions including ticketing, break/fix and end user system deployment and updates

  • Operations and management of G Suite, Slack, and other corporate systems

  • Hiring, training, mentoring and retaining a highly talented support team

  • Understanding and driving adherence to all relevant regulatory needs, including HIPAA, SOX, and PCI compliance.

Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years of senior level Information Technology experience

  • In-depth of knowledge of Mac OS, and Windows based systems, and solutions networking technologies and corporate storage strategies

  • Significant implementation and management experience with workforce automation tools

  • Vendor management experience including selection, contracting and management of key partners

  • Experienced in the delivery and management of Helpdesk functions including staffing and SLA adherence

  • Ability to prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or above

S/he will be a commercial lending leader and will provide mentoring and oversight of individuals and administrative staff responsible for managing deposits, C&I and specialty lending, as well as cross-selling the Bank's other products and services. The Head of Corporate Banking is a top producer and business leader with a very high level of industry and product expertise and is an active partner and member of the NorCal and Western Region senior leadership team. May participate in strategic decision–making beyond their specific lending area. Responsibilities Credit Quality/Portfolio Management: In client relationship management role, the Head of Corporate Banking has primary responsibility for delivering a "One Boston Private" set of products, services and solutions to our clients. Actively works with all business areas to develop and maintain cross-selling opportunities. Handles all aspects of client interaction, including directing and coordinating execution of transactions. May be viewed as a partner by management in establishing commitment limits. While maintaining a strong customer focus and customer relations, assesses and monitors a commercial loan portfolio. Understands, adopts, and adheres to the Bank's Loan Policy. Provides accurate assessments of credit risk as exhibited by proper risk ratings, comprehensive and accurate credit applications submitted for approval, solid loan recommendations and proposed structures. Understands loan documentation. Maintains comprehensive and current credit files. Monitors risk (delinquencies, overdrafts, etc.). Provides timely information to management regarding potential portfolio issues. Business Development: Cultivates new deposits and lending opportunities that can be developed into strategic relationships. Responsible for annual goals tied to deposit growth, loan volume, fee income generation and cross-sales. Works closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as well as develops an external network of centers of influence. Involved within the community and supports the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives. Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages a staff of Commercial Loan Officers and Assistants, Client Development Officers and Cash Management Professionals. Senior Officer Duties: Actively engaged in a leadership role either internally or externally in the community (charitable and/or business organizations). Proficient with a variety of Bank products and services. Oversight of team t & e budget and charitable/business sponsorship spending. Participates in special projects and initiatives on a regular basis such as staff meeting, senior officer and board presentations, strategic planning offsites and internal client development initiatives. Actively motivate, mentor and develop more junior team members and employees. Provide guidance on professional development plans for team members as appropriate.
