Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cook multiple items per day for the regular school lunch line and the a la cart line.
• Direct helpers to complete various tasks in the kitchen
• Cook using convection oven and steam unit, including kettle and gas stove.

General Expectations:

• Meet routine responsibilities consistently.
• Manage time to accomplish multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality.
• Work independently with general guidance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with students and adults.
• Operate standard office equipment including computer, email, and copier.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Support the goals, philosophies, and overall mission of the school.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Cafeteria Manager or Principal.
