Position Summary

The Head Coach is the person responsible for administering all aspects of the women's tennis programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Prior participation and/or coaching experience

• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is a prerequisite for this position

Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree

• Identifying prospects that can be successful both academically and athletically at UNCG.

• Building relationships with prospects, families, guardians, coaches, etc.

Day to Day Operations

• Management of budget.

• Planning Schedule.

• Planning travel logistics.

• Oversee Academics- Develop and execute an academic success plan for the student-athletes.
