Position Overview
Butler University, an NCAA Division I institution in Indianapolis, Ind., and a member of the BIG EAST Conference, is accepting applications for Head Coach of its Division I Women's Tennis program. This full-time, 12-month position is responsible for all aspects of the Women's Tennis Program, including:
Responsibilities
Evaluating and recruiting academically qualified and talented student-athletes
Organizing and conducting team workouts and competition
Arranging a Division I schedule and team travel
Managing the operating and scholarship budgets
Selecting and managing any assistant coaches
Qualifications
Earned baccalaureate degree required
5 years of coaching experience at the intercollegiate level is preferred
Thorough understanding of the rules and regulations of the NCAA
Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, colleagues and the campus community
