Albright College is seeking applications for Head Men's and Women's Cross-Country Coach. The head coach is in charge of day to day operations of the programs; on course coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of runners; oversee the Academic Studies program; and all other duties as assigned by the athletic director.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for day to day operations.

  • Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate player talent for recruiting.

  • Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.

  • Set up and monitor student athlete academic sessions.

  • Program fundraising.

  • Assist with the Track program as the coach in charge of distance runners.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

  • COMMUNICATION:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain team pages.

  • SKILLS:

  • Playing and/or coaching golf necessary.

  • EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:

  • Coaching experience at high school or college level.

  • EDUCATION:

  • College degree or equivalent required.

  • LICENSES:

  • Drivers license required.

  • Child clearances required.
