This is a part-time position and the head coach will be responsible for the development, coaching, organization, and management of the men's and women's swim team. Duties will include recruiting, game management, budget, equipment management, promotional activities, fund-raising, player eligibility, and NCAA Division III rules compliance. Purchase College is a member of the Skyline Conference and a member of Division III.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or related field. Previous successful coaching experience at the high school or college level, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, recruiting experience, and knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations as well as a valid driver's license is required.
