Description:

Tusculum University a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference is seeking applications for a Head Cross-Country and Distance Coach. This position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, Conference, and Tusculum University regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of coaching experience preferably at the collegiate level, ability to manage budget, fundraising experience, and a record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment.
