The Role: As our Head Baker, you will lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering an exceptional menu selection of artisan breads. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for food quality, customer service, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads using time-honored recipes and techniques.

• Demonstrate exceptional skill in the kitchen, from following complex recipes to adding your unique touch to create unparalleled breads.

• Manage heavy lifting of ingredients and supplies, often weighing over 50 lbs., and maintain a dynamic work pace.

• Navigate through changes with agility and oversee baking operations, including potential overnight shifts during peak seasons.

Who We're Looking For:

• A proven maestro in the kitchen with a minimum of 1+ years of large-scale baking or pastry experience (preferred, not required).

• A vigilant adherent to food handler and sanitation standards at all regulatory levels.

• Someone who values education in baking/pastry arts (a bonus, not a requirement).

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this esteemed position.
