POSITION PURPOSE

The Delivery Advisor will work as part of a team to deliver merchandise to customers and ensure the quantity and quality of merchandise. Delivery Advisors will be responsible for delivery, un-crating, and placing of products at customers homes, construction sites, and other location.

Delivery Advisors will work with a partner and will share driving, communication, documentation, and product delivery duties. A successful Delivery Advisor must have a high level of work commitment, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and follow procedures.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
50%- Successfully delivers appliances and plumbing products to customers home and/or other specified locations; Safely loads truck to prevent damage during transport and unloads trucks of returned product
25%- Obtains customer signature on packing slips for the receipt of goods with regard to pick-ups and deliveries; Documents all pertinent information with regard to daily delivery paperwork for accurate record keeping
15%- Listens to and resolves delivery concerns in the field and escalates issues if beyond their skill-set; Communicates status of each stop with effective verbal and written communication
5%- Performs routine inspections on vehicle using vehicle inspection form and reports any immediate safety concern to management; Cleans and maintains the interior of the vehicle and properly disposes of trash and debris
5%- Assists in training of new Advisors

Reports to a Manager, Recieving.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:

Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years

Physical Requirements:

Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

Astellas is announcing a Primary Care - Pharmaceutical Sales Representative opportunity in the San Diego South, CA area. Product to be promoted are Vesicare & Myrbetriq. Purpose & Scope: Achieve territory sales goals by promoting Astellas products and services to physicians and other medical personnel within assigned geography. Educate customers on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments and all other developments related to promoted products. Professionally represent Astellas in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in territory. Maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers. Essential Job Responsibilities: * Effectively promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of Astellas' products through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs, and other company-approved means. * Work 5 days in the field each week, supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, report generation, etc. * Ensure solid performance levels of call and field productivity. Meet Call Plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to all APUS-defined ethical sales practices, Compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations * Execute company-approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities * Support targeted customers using company-approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities/programs/initiatives as identified by Sales Management * Coordinate promotional efforts with peers across franchises and co-promotion alliance partners.
