As the HD Pharmacy Technician, you will be asked to shadow to demonstrate what right looks like as a fully proficient Technician. Positively contributes to overall team motivation and drives team engagement. As permitted by state regulation, interprets providers' prescriptions and creates order, assesses, inputs and retrieves prescription, medical/lab and reimbursement information from computer system.
Hours: Monday
Friday, 8:30am
5pm CST w/potential weekend shifts based on business needs. You will be required to work 4 days in office and 1 day at home per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer onboarding
Prescription requests
Entry, billing, and submittal of the customer's order to fulfillment for delivery
assist with operations support, training, and process improvements
Contribute to updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content
Creation/ routing of pharmacy orders through receipt
Review and verification of members'/patients' prescriptions
Prep and scan documents, verify member/patient data submit prescription orders in computer system
May contact members/patients/providers to validate data, request payment information and establish priority of order or delivery details

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Current Illinois Pharmacy Technician state license OR National Certification without restrictions based on regulatory requirements of worksite
Must live within commutable distance to Moline, IL office
Must be willing to work 4 days in office and 1 day at home per week
