The prospective HCM Training Specialist should be willing and able to go above and beyond their duties to make a difference and to play an essential role in the organizations continued growth, with a focus on the people.

You will develop a comprehensive strategy to address employees educational needs. The successful candidate should have prior knowledge and experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (including workflow and configuration), the ability to build an educational curriculum, and the capacity and demeanor to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to document key process and procedures for the purposes of educating managers and employees.


  • Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • 3-5 years of organizational training or education experience, ideally focused on human resources, performance consulting or organizational development
  • Experience assessing training needs and delivering training classes in groups and to individual.
  • Experience creating an educational curriculum with special attention to professional development and skills building
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills with a dynamic, engaging facilitation style
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt at prioritizing responsibilities and tasks to effectively meet deadlines
  • Strong technical, design, writing, editing, presentation, and project management skills
  • Willing and flexible to help with any urgent issues that happen to arise, even if they are outside the immediate scope of the role
  • Working knowledge of Oracle HCM, including Oracle / Taleo Learn and Guided Learning
  • Working knowledge of eLearning platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


The position will be based in New York, NY.

All work will be conducted remotely until COVID-19 regulations are lifted.

Much of the work will be completed out of the New York office.

However, travel will be required to other offices, as required, to lead or facilitate training sessions leading up to and during roll

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Implements and maintains key processes to be followed by the function and defines portfolio management priorities for site, area and function planning, and other strategic activities for specific engagements and clients as required. Partners with owners/managers of databases containing supply (lease administration and portfolio reports), demand (occupancy) and cost (operating expense) information. Develops comprehensive management models to support strategic consulting efforts and assignments. Supports the management and achievement of financial, operational and other measures established for the client or specific engagements as reported in defined deliverables and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) established for line of business clients. Develops and refines building, state and segment reports as required. Distributes reports as defined by the client for the specific account or engagement. Collaborates with line of business team members and the client to develop real estate plans and implement strategies for achieving savings and cost avoidance goals as required by the client or specific engagement. May conduct periodic interviews of business unit and other client leaders to identify future business direction related to growth, labor, market changes and other issues that could impact real estate requirements or provide insights relative to strategic and/or optimization-focused initiatives as required. May develop benchmarks for the client's real estate portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepares and presents deliverables in oral, written, and visual formats relative to client strategy, industry benchmarks and best practices, and other topics as required. Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values. Masters degree or MBA preferred. 5+ years corporate real estate experience with emphasis on Strategic Planning, Occupancy Planning, and Transaction Management; expertise in corporate finance preferred with 5+ years asset/portfolio management experience. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES Real estate license (where required by state law) Professional certification, professional designations (e.g. BCCR, CCIM, CPM, MAI) and/or graduate level training in commercial real estate is desirable. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
