Coastal Payroll is currently looking to add a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth for our Human Capital Management (HCM) services. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the designated region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for HCM services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and drive results.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales growth and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to report on progress and identify areas for improvement.
Work with our recruiting team to find top talent and grow the market.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership role, preferably in the HCM or related industry.
Strong understanding of HCM services and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the region and attend industry events as necessary.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
