ADP is hiring an Payroll Business Consultant. In this position, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and our sales team using your ADP and payroll service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges -- Compliance, Technology, and a solution that helps them focus on their core business. You will increase sale performance by working directly with sales professionals and other business consultants to identify, develop, and present business solutions utilizing our next generation payroll product to help educate and communicate on our differentiators. Ensure client expectations are in line with ADP's deliverable solutions. Provide support to the MAS, NAS and ESI sales organization through expertise of ADP Next Generation Payroll which will be combined with Workforce Management Services and Solutions and Lifion.

Drive the rollout of our next generation payroll product with our sales team, partnering with them to communicate the differentiators of Pi as part of Next Gen WFN
Increase sales performance by partnering with sales professional (or teams) to present Human Capital Management and payroll strategies and business solutions
Consult our Major Account market and eventually National Account clients with people, process, workflow, and operating procedures.
Understand client business requirements and configure the solution to demonstrate ADP's ability to solve client issues.
Creatively and quickly responds to challenging questions with sound business acumen
Liaise with next gen teams for effective solution outcomes for the client
Train other business consultants on ADPs next generation products
Provide feedback from the market to our product teams to help guide development
Compelling presentation skills including the ability to take complex subjects and distill into a simplistic message.
Support RFP response process and scripted demonstrations within domain area of expertise
Strategic use of competitive knowledge and intelligence
Ability to work and perform under pressure
Develop technical competence and functional product/service expertise
Experience working in agile product development
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, partnering with product team and self-training
Minimum of 2-4 years of payroll experience.
You will need the ability at times to travel to local clients in support of client engagement efforts.
Experience working with technology products and processes
Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll practices, compliance, and technology.
Collaborative, team player with strong self-starter attitude
Strong presentation skills
A leading Industry HR Certification a strong plus: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, OR CPP
