HCI/CPI Consultant (local to Indianapolis preferred)

Role Responsibilities

  • Development of interfaces between SuccessFactors and various vendor systems like ADP, Kronos, Benefit Focus etc., on HCI using WebUI/Eclipse.

  • Discuss with on-premise teams to gather requirements for integration and creating technical design documents.

  • Test interfaces with recipients unit test and end to end

    Requirements:
  • Strong hands on experience in developing custom Interfaces with SAP Cloud Integration (HCI/CPI) along with configuring standard content for Success Factors using WebUI/Eclipse.

  • Experience in developing custom Integration Flows between for data integration between SuccessFactors and Vendors

  • Excellent understanding on Message mapping techniques like XSLT Mapping, XML mapping etc

  • Hands on experience on writing Groovy Scripts or Java Scripts on HCI/CPI.

  • Hands on experience configuring SF Adapter, SFTP and SOAP adapter to exchange messages between sender and receiver.

  • Working experience on integration with Service Now, Microsoft Active Directory (Standard Content) integration of user creation/termination is a big plus.

  • Ability to read ABAP coding is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Must be a team player

  • A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent and Public Sector Experience highly desirable

Key Success Factors Engineering or scientific master degree 8 years of experience in the Chemical or Petrochemical industry including in a technical business role Experience in business transformation including knowledge in digital transformation of the industry (e.g.: background in a business improvement group, or innovation group, etc.) Experience in customer facing position or in business development roles is a plus but not required Experience in working with consulting firms, major software implementation firms or software company is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience that is above average in the local community.
