Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General Ledger/ Accounting:
Daily cash reconciliation of bank statement activity to general ledger activity
Preparation of month-end recurring Journal Entries
Prepare monthly reconciliations of various General Ledger Balance Sheet accounts
Assist in the closing of SFFA Lease Accounting System for current period
Fixed Assets maintenance in Sage Fixed Assets Modual
Prepare Travel
Buyout/Upgrade calculations
Analysis of Trial Balance and Financial Statement Line items
Assist and provide information to VNB internal and SOX auditors
Assist in the annual Budget process
Financial Reporting:
New business Volume reporting
Delinquency reports -- Active
Idexx Points to Lease (PTL) reports
ALCO report
Allowance
Non-Accrual reporting of principal - interest
Quarterly Call Reporting
Tax Compliance:
Sales
Downloading Sales tax rates from Vertex website and uploading to Dollars operating system.
Personal Property Tax:
Provide Advance Property Tax Compliance Group (APTC) data for filing returns
