Job Overview The Navy Education and Training Center (NETC) Cybersecurity Engineer (CS) Engineer will assist in the assessment and assistance of Host Based Security System (HBSS) in an enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will monitor compliance of the HBSS ePO server's environment and validate the security posture of NETC. The engineer will be required to spot-check and verify that the HBSS sever are updated and operated and maintained in accordance with OPORDs, TASKORD and best practices. Located in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Monitor and verify existing HBSS based protection infrastructure. Monitor and verify assigned HBSS servers.

Investigate events, generate reports, and act as incident first responder. Liaison between Engineering, R&D and Sysadmin to engineer security solutions IAW DoD policy. Develop and present spreadsheets showing analysis of findings.

Attend working groups to determine architectural CS requirements. Coordinating Authorized Service Interruptions for maintenance activities. Job Requirements Mandatory:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and three (3) years of Cybersecurity experience DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification Active Secret Clearance One (1) year hands-on Experience in Navy RMF and system testing One (1) year experience in HBSS Management Ability to travel at least 15% of the time as needed Must be able to successfully pass any employment background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract Reasonable Accommodation: It is CGS, LLC business philosophy and practice to provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.
