In addition, you may work with displaced residence and/or responsible government program administrators to provide Technical Assistance and grant administration services related to the HMGP.
Excellent oral communication and presentation skills are essential.
Demonstrated training or large group facilitation.

Ability to organize and write clear, concise technical reports for delivery to customers is essential.
Ability to master new concepts and deliver quality results at an accelerated pace against tight deadlines.
Functional usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project.
Knowledge of FEMA Mitigation Grant Programs and associated regulations.
SRIA Sandy Recovery Improvement Act knowledge is required
Experience with the following are highly desirable:
Acquisition under the HMGP, Community Block Grant (CDBG),Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM)
Global Match processes and requirements with multiple funding sources
Grant and sub grant management
Reimbursement request and payments to sub-recipients
Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA) utilizing FEMA approved software
MB3 Software or Online Application Systems
Experience in HMA grants (including but not limited to HMGP, FMA, and PDM)
eGrants/EMMIE and NEMIS-MT
US Citizenship required
High School degree and at least two years of experience or Associates Degree plus experience with the FEMA HMGP
A minimum of two (2) references from past HMGP work must be provided.
