As a Lead Cashier, you will oversee daily register operations, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions, while also leading a team of cashiers.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, offering assistance with product inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Cash Register Operations: Oversee and maintain the cash register area, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card payments, and provide receipts with attention to detail.
Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of cashiers, providing guidance and training on best practices for customer service and register operations. Ensure staff follows company policies and procedures.
Sales Support: Assist in upselling products and promoting current sales, discounts, or promotions at the register. Ensure that customers are informed of store offerings and special deals.
Inventory & Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to maintain organized shelves, display areas, and product stocking levels in the cashier area. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and safe for both customers and team members. Contribute to overall store maintenance, including sweeping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and management to ensure efficient store operations and resolve any issues as they arise. Help foster a positive team environment and support others during busy periods.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Escalate any complex issues to management as needed.
Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is required. Lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
Knowledge: Familiarity with basic retail operations is helpful. A strong willingness to learn about store products and services is key. Customer Service Skills:
Friendly, approachable, and attentive to customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Language: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Team-Oriented: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical Requirements:
