Hampton Inn of Selma, is currently searching for a remarkable Front Desk Agent. Responsibilities:

• Exceed Guest Expectations by: ¡Providing a warm welcome Making the visit memorable Own it!

• Acting as an Ambassador to guests

• Deliver Quality Everyday Communicate with a Smile

• Project a hospitable Demeanor Demonstrate teamwork Keep it clean and safe

• Attempting to resolve complaints immediately

• Follow proper cash / check / credit card/ AR control procedures

• Follow SOPs for registering guests

• Follow requests by Sales Department for up-selling, marketing packages

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning/inspection tasks.
