With support from committed donors and 14,000 volunteers annually, we have helped more than 6,000 homeowner family members in 100 neighborhoods since 1983. AmeriCorps members have the opportunity to work directly with volunteers and families in our programs under the supervision of experienced nonprofit professionals. We offer monthly gas/grocery cards, professional development opportunities, staff events, meaningful guidance and supervision, Atlanta Habitat branded gear, and lots and lots of boxed lunches! Member Duties : CONSTRUCTION CREW LEADERSHIP-The construction crew leader plays an integral part in building and repairing homes by leading groups of skilled and unskilled volunteers and homeowner families.
