Guidance Counselor

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana School Counselor license

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support students, staff, and families

• Ability to provide academic, career, and social-emotional counseling to students

• Experience with college and career readiness programs, including CTE pathways and new diploma requirements

• Knowledge of scheduling, student support plans, and crisis intervention strategies

• Ability to collaborate with Guidance team members, teachers, administrators, and community resources to support student success

• Experience using data to guide student support services and decision-making

• Comfort utilizing technology as a resource for student progress and college/career-related guidance

• Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Superintendent
