Guidance Counselor

Effective Date(s): September 1, 2022

Staff Needed: One (1) Guidance Counselor

Qualifications:

• Appropriate NJ Guidance Certificate-Must be electronically available in Applitrack

• Prior experience preferred

• Experience working with HS students and with HS transcript data

• Possess data analysis skills in support of credit recovery and graduation goals

• Has thorough understanding of graduation requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and moral character

• Must be committed to developing familiarity with online credit-recovery program data.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing with students, teachers, administrative staff, parents, and the community.

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
