The Guest Services Worker is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. This position may work Ticket Booth, Parking/Security, Hill Safety, Retail, Front Desk, or other areas as assigned. As a part-time position, the employee will likely work Friday - Sunday with occasional weekday support. This position is located at Adventure Mountain on Echo Summit. The seasonal start date is on or around November 1st. 4WD/AWD is required to access Adventure Mountain. Depending on availability, subsidized employee housing may be available.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $15.50 to $15.75, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs

• Book reservations and coordinate registration

• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions

• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed

• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
