THE JOB:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will contribute to fabulous guest experiences with your welcoming smile and excellent customer service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Welcome guests to the property while providing memorable service
Respond to and resolve guest complaints/challenges in a timely manner
Answer and connect calls to appropriate department, guest or personnel
Process guests wake up call, emergency and recovery calls
Enhance guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations
Promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits to our guests
Multi‐task while recording guest information into multiple reservation systems, while ensuring maximum data integrity and accuracy
Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions
Perform other job-related duties as requested
The IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience, preferably in a resort setting
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
SCHEDULE:
On Call
STARTING PAY RATE:
$ 19.00 per hour + possible commission
