You are the source of all knowledge, from restaurant hours to the best place to enjoy a quiet moment of reflection. With all the experiences we have to offer, you will start them on their journey with everything they will need.
You will have excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. All members of our team should develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members.
Since you are the expert in your area you will need to demonstrate good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated organizational and computer skills, you may be using word, excel and power-point at any time. Its the details that a guest remembers, your job is to be memorable.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
