Guest Services Attendant

Guest Services Attendants are key members of the Overtime Elite (OTE) Events and Community Engagement Team. Reporting to the Events Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in the articulation of OTE brand identity through experience and service. This role provides holistic client services for guests in various capacities throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for personifying and championing Overtime Elite through a high level of hospitality. They are key contributors to our game day operations and build lasting relationships with our fanbase to foster a safe, efficient, and fun experience for the Overtime Elite community at all of our events.

Who You Are

OTE seeks Guest Services Attendants who are highly motivated and proactive self-starters that are energized by the live event atmosphere, put our guests first in service and commitment, are solution oriented and blend operational excellence with creativity and a commitment to innovation.

In this role, Guest Services Attendants:

• Act as self starters who possess 'can do' spirits.

• Exhibit energetic, positive attitudes and keep the crowd engaged at all times.

• Put people first and exude the highest level of customer service.

• Make fans feel welcome and a part of the brand through consistent interaction.

• Support the community engagement team with the execution of events to connect OTE's brand with consumers.

Ideal candidate skill sets includes:

• Consistent availability during the OTE season weekends and nights.

• Reliable transportation to OTE arena and a dedication to punctuality.

• Familiarity with basketball and pop culture as it relates to fan engagement.

• Flexibility with game day positioning with the ability to be placed in various roles from greeters, ticket takers and concourse leads.

• Operating as the first point of engagement for guests attending events at the OTE facility.

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.

• Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations as necessary for event set up and strike.

• Ability to participate in the construction of event assets with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Diverse backgrounds representing the greater Atlanta and world communities.

• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for basketball and basketball culture.

• Fluent in OTE and Overtime content and platforms.
