Kids Science Labs, the world leader in hands-on science education with locations in Chicago and Seattle, has a need for candidates to provide an exceptional guest experiences to our families who attend Kids Science Labs for classes, parties, and camps. This involves five-star customer service from the moment a family enters the door. Guest Services team members will warmly greet families, respond to phone inquiries, engage kids, schedule birthday parties, support our teacher and center directors, and assist with the management of the center during normal business hours (Tuesday- Sunday). Candidates must be available at least 20 hours a week, including weekends. Students, actors and entertainers, and all candidates who enjoy engaging people and supporting a socially responsible and team-based environment, are encouraged to apply to Kids Science Labs.
