The Guest Service Supervisor oversees all guest services operations, including front desk and valet/bell staff to ensure every guest experience the highest possible levels of service quality and guest satisfaction. Hands on knowledge of property management software (PMS) hotel reservation software, some retail POS and other software necessary to ensure an efficient operation. The Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading the front office staff in a direction that ensures the highest level of service is provided to all who come to visit or stay at the hotel.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in front desk supervisory position. Must speak, read. write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests who visits the hotel.
