Position Summary

The Guest Services Manager oversees operations to support program direction and improves service revenue at LifeSpa locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes monthly business plan to achieve financial growth

  • Supervise the team including addressing performance issues, making hiring and pay level recommendations, and managing the labor budget

  • Maintains appropriate inventory levels according to needs of the business

  • Completes outgoing calls to guests using various lists including promotional programs, previous guests, confirmations, beautiful beginnings, and myLT bucks lists

  • Greets, schedules appointments, and offers upgrade options along with any information needed

  • Explains all Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assist them with determining their individual needs

Position Requirements

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • 3 years of experience in a customer service setting

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
