To provide exceptional assistance to our guests in a variety of roles in our Guest Services department including, but not limited to, Valet, Bell Attendant and Booth Attendant
To provide excellent customer service in a variety of duties including, but not limited to, greeting guests in addition to parking and retrieving vehicles on property, assisting guests with luggage to units or providing booth services.
Able to stand, walk and/or run for long periods of time
MUST have a clean driving record (no violations in the last three years even if points were removed and no DUI or reckless driving in last 5 years)
Must have a strong guest/customer service background
Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
Able to lift and carry luggage up and down stairs
Ability to multitask and keep track of various keys and guest requests
Must have excellent communication skills
Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
Must be able to work a varied shift
Weekend availability is a must
