Guest Service Agent

We are looking for a Guest Service Host that is dedicated to making the guest experience wonderful from start to finish! The Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City is seeking an enthusiastic individual that is both people and goal oriented; ready to jump in and work with a vibrant team. The starting pay for this position is $15 per hour with incentives in place to earn additional bonuses.

HYATT house is an extended-stay, residential-style hotel that aims to provide individual travelers with the feel of a modern condominium. The 125 to 200 room, all-suite properties offer comforts of home such as fully equipped kitchens, flat panel HDTVs and free high-speed internet access.

The public space features facilities such as a pool, a fitness center and a business center. A full breakfast every morning and an evening social on weekday evenings are complimentary to guests. HYATT house properties are located in urban, airport and suburban locations and can accommodate small corporate meetings and corporate clients seeking to place their employees on extended assignment.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out of all hotel guests. This person must have excellent organization and communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position that will involve cash handling, answering telephones, providing local information to guests, etc. all in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
