The Role:

The Upsell Team will be responsible for selling day of show upgrade options based on available

inventory for shows at BB&T Pavilion. Maintain constant communication with staff and clients to ensure that guests receive highly personal service and the highest level of standards at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with selling available upgrade inventory to concert attendees

  • Manage inventory and contribute to a nightly sales goal

  • Handle credit card and/or cash transactions on the spot

  • Work with a team to coordinate upsell operations on night of shows, following directions from the supervisor

  • Serve as a resource of information for upgrade clients

  • Maintain articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience

  • Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards

  • Give constant observation of VIP sections to ensure guests are receiving highly personal service at all time

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in sales

  • Cash handling skills

  • Ability to problem solve, multi task and is well organized

  • Charismatic and a people person. Fearless and excited to engage with patrons

  • Must have a flexible schedule

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

  • Ability to work as a team

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

  • Working environment is outdoors, fast-paced, often loud and stressful

  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet

  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques

The Role: Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives. Job Functions: * Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed. * Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned. * Perform landscape work as needed. * Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show. * Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. * Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. * Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. * Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. * Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. * Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. * Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. * Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. * Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
