  • Guest Assistance: You will be the voice of our front desk, assisting guests with reservations, special requests, and general property information.

  • Billing Support: You'll handle billing questions and corrections, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience.

  • Concierge & Guest Services: Be the go-to resource for guests seeking information about our services and local attractions.

  • Reservations: Assist guests in making reservations for adventures and restaurants on our property.

  • Room Control: Manage room-related duties to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The primary objective of this role is to provide the same level of service and support as our Front Desk Hosts but over the phone, helping us assist our guest efficiently and with heightened care.

Qualifications:

  • Great attitude and a willingness to learn.

  • A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide exceptional service to our guests.

  • Ability to handle inquiries and provide support over the phone.
