Job Description

Role Mission

As a GUCCI Team Coordinator

  • BOH, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom and accurate inventory. You will support management in day-to-day operations including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.

You will serve as a "Gucci Ambassador" by promoting the Gucci Values and Amplifiers. Passion for the brand is conveyed through creating a branded, luxury client experience. This person must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for the brand.

Key Accountabilities

Operations

  • Execute shipping and receiving process, reporting any issues to Store Director or Team Manager
  • Operations and taking the necessary steps to resolve;
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed by Store Director or Team Manager
  • Operations while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, RTV's and damages;
  • Assist Store Director or Team Manager
  • Operations with identifying problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner;
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes;

  • Submit all 8300 and tax exempt forms as received;

  • Communicate all discrepancies/issues immediately to management;

  • Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines;

  • Assists with physical maintenance of the boutique;

  • Place orders as needed for all supplies for the office and store;

  • Follow all Policy & Procedures and security guidelines;

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Inventory

  • Ensure an accurate and organized store inventory at all times;

  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Team Manager

  • Operations.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs;

  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes;

  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience; preferably in a luxury environment;

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;

  • Familiar in Microsoft Word and Outlook;

  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Inventory Coordinator is a vital piece of the veterinary team who will oversee inventory levels through purchasing, receiving, stocking, and performing daily audits on supplies. The Inventory Coordinator will oversee all OSHA standards throughout managing stocking, sanitation, and safety equipment. This role will also oversee equipment maintenance and logs, advising hospital leadership when something needs to be repaired or replaces. Responsibilities focus on the basic daily needs of the hospital's organization and functionality, while allowing time to develop and learn the necessary technical aspects of patient care and business management for growth.</p><p><br></p><p>WHO WE NEED</p><p>You are a passionate, motivated individual wishing to pursue a career in a veterinary medicine. You demonstrate ability to accomplish assigned tasks for all areas involved, knowing when to ask for help and display excellent communication skills to your team and customers. </p><p><br></p><p>WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO DO</p><p>- General hospital maintenance including, but not limited to: cleaning, laundry, stocking, and inventory.</p><p>- Daily, weekly, monthly inventory counts and audits for all hospital product and supply</p><p>- Order, receive, and stock inventory orders for the hospital.</p><p>- Check weekly for expired stock, monitor product recalls and report accordingly to HM.</p><p>- Monitor and audit product turnover, rotation, and expiration date.</p><p>- Organize and participate in bi-annual inventory counts.</p><p>- Monitor and clearly communicate backordered items with proven exhaustion of all available vendors and resources.</p><p>- Develop and maintain contacts for vendors, service reps, and drug reps.</p><p>- Daily hospital organization and stocking for treatment area, exam rooms, lobby and stock rooms.</p><p>- Oversee all workstations for organization and cleanliness throughout the shift.</p><p>- Maintain log of all invoices according to DEA and regulatory manager.</p><p>- Properly maintain drug waste logs in accordance with DEA and regulatory manager.</p><p>- Stock and maintain Cubex.</p><p>- Organize all stock rooms for clear product location.</p><p>- Understand basic medical terminology, abbreviations, and key medical terms.</p><p>- Be trained to perform basic aspects of CPR based on RECOVER initiative guidelines.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li> <li>Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, work on the floors as well as ability to lift up to 25 kg on owne and support up to 40 kg without assistance.</li> <li>Experience with inventory management a plus!</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Industry-leading compensation</li> <li>Health Insurance day one</li> <li>401K w/ company match</li> <li>Paid family leave - 10 weeks of paid leave at 100% of regular salary</li> <li>Unlimited CE for all Full Time staff</li> <li>Pet discounts</li> <li>VEG gear allowance</li> </ul> Veterinary Emergency Group Chicago IL
