The GTM Sourcer will help build the hiring strategy for technical roles at Databricks, Enterprise, Professional Services, and Customer Success. This person will also improve hiring processes and partner with hiring teams and Recruiters. This position promotes world-class class recruiting experience while cultivating the Databricks culture.
Create a robust pipeline of top software engineers through multiple channels that meet the Databricks hiring standard
Screen technical candidates and match with relevant opportunities
Be an advocate for technical candidates while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience throughout the application process
Build strong relationships through effective communication with recruiters and hiring managers to identify breakdowns, opportunities and process improvements
Be an effective team member ready to support, engage and progress in a positive environment
Track the sourcing strategy and make adjustments to improve success
Partner with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
develop sophisticated sourcing and closing strategies that match skills and motivation rather than focusing on selling alone
Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
Manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers
Work with the Recruiting team to providing positive and exceptional interview experiences for all parties
Understand or have the desire to learn the needs and requirements of Enterprise/Professional Services/Customer Success
Drive interest in the minds of passive candidates
Effectively communicate across stakeholders to determine hiring needs
Optimize time management weekly, monthly, and quarterly results which meet, or exceed target metrics

1 + years of Enterprise Startup sourcing experience required.
Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with boolean searching, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools
Experience building, developing pipelines of highly qualified candidates using external and internal tools such as Greenhouse (preferred), Linkedin and creative sourcing techniques.
A track record of keeping an ATS up to date with the latest communication, giving visibility to hiring managers and recruiting for accurate reporting, process improvement and identifying candidates for future campaigns
Experience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes, a positive candidate experience, while earning the respect of your peers and clients.
