We are seeking a dynamic and skilled GTM/Sales Enablement

  • Content Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to drive success.

Job Summary: The GTM/Sales Enablement

  • Content Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all sales enablement content. This includes owning and managing our Learning Management System (WorkRamp), building micro learning sites in Workvivo (Accuverse), creating engaging e-learning content, managing the weekly newsletter, and collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales Operations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized content manager, with a passion for content creation and curation, along with a deep understanding of sales processes and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate content that addresses the needs of the GTM teams.

  • Learning Management System (WorkRamp):

  • Own and manage the WorkRamp LMS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization.

  • Design and implement training programs and modules within the LMS to support ongoing education and skill development.

  • Work with the vendor implementation team to launch internal enablement platform.

  • Build and load courses for all new learning paths, ensuring accurate distribution and reporting.

  • Micro Learning Sites (Workvivo- Accuverse):

  • Build and manage micro learning sites in Workvivo, creating interactive and engaging learning experiences.

  • Ensure content is organized, user-friendly, and aligns with overall sales enablement strategies.

  • E-Learning Content Development:

  • Develop and deliver e-learning content, including videos, webinars, interactive modules, and other digital formats.

  • Utilize multimedia and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.

  • Edit and publish training videos, and manage follow-up assignments.

  • Weekly Newsletter:

  • Own the creation and distribution of the weekly sales enablement newsletter.

  • Curate and produce content that keeps the sales team informed, motivated, and aligned with company goals and initiatives.

  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Operations:

  • Partner with the Marketing team to align content and messaging with broader marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Work with Sales Operations to ensure content supports sales processes and performance metrics.

  • Assist in sales enablement calls, product development, and positioning.

  • Onboarding/New Hire Learning Path:

  • Research and develop content for the new hire learning path.

  • Create new training initiatives using the most effective methods and evaluations.

  • Support new hires on an as-needed basis, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Administration and Measuring:

  • Maintain the most up-to-date distribution list and ensure accurate assignment of enablement communications.

  • Create required reporting to analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement activities.

  • Monitor and document all enablement requests and manage the sales enablement calendar.

  • Work with vendors to build and enablement on strategic content sites and content management platforms

  • Meetings and General Support:

  • Schedule and manage sales enablement calls, including content sessions and follow-up assignments.

  • Attend and document enablement planning meetings, creating and communicating the enablement development plan.

  • Assist in all sales enablement-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Sales or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management, sales enablement, or a related role.

  • Proven experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing e-learning content.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

The Location: Remote

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US

candidates):

Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
